Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility:

• Must be a legal resident of state of NJ
• Must be 18 years or older

2. Entry Period:

• The sweepstakes begins on January 29, 2024 and continues until further notice (the "Entry Period").
• Entries must be received by midnight on the last day of the Entry Period.

3. How to Enter:

• Participants can enter by completing a sign-up request form.
• Limit one entry per person.
• No purchase necessary to enter.

4. Prize:

• TwoTwo (2) winners will be randomly selected to receive an Annual Pass to NERF Action Xperience.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Selection:

• The drawing will be conducted two days following the conclusion of the sweepstakes.
